FVEM is the largest metal sector business association in Biscay (Basque Country-Spain) representing more than 860 manufacturing SMEs. Its purpose is to exert economic influence on the coordination of issues that concern the companies in the metal sector, by establishing agreements with public and private institutions.
It should underline FVEM effort to manage job performance and training programs, as well as the interest in supporting industrial workers development policies in SMEs.
