I have been working with hundreds of Finnish companies and schools in HR and training context. I have also extensive experience about worker assessment and coaching. I started to research on the Virtual Reality as method to solve many issues I have faced in HR/training/education/safety and other aspects. Then I went to become a partner and now CEO in one of the leading VR Simulation companies in Finland and with this I have gained a lot of insight about VR that what can be done and how to implement it in use. We also have very active prototyping and research methods if you are interested to test your ideas.
