On the 16th of June 2020, the partners of the VAM Realities Erasmus Plus Knowledge Alliance project hosted the first EU project meeting in Virtual Reality. All 11 partners of the project were represented in the project meeting, and the event was also attended by external observers.
The entire meeting was made possible by use of the WAKEONE XR platform, as provided by VAM Realities project Partner WAKEONE (https://www.wakeone.co/) from Tampere, Finland.
With each meeting attendee represented by a virtual avatar, the partnership discussed project progress in the current work packages, including the EU wide survey of SMEs (https://www.vam-realities.eu/experience_survey/), as well as a presentation on the capabilities of augmented reality by VAM Realities project partner 3DQR (https://3dqr.de/).
