Filippos Tzortzoglou

I am a primary school teacher and a Ph.D researcher at the Media Pedagogy Reseach Group (MPRG), Dept.of Primary Education, University of Aegean. My research interests focus on educational AR applications as well as AR UX design for children. In the past, I have been actively involved in several related projects related to the development of AR location based games for learning and AR textbooks. I have also collaborated with private companies (i.e. ARLOON), providing pedagogical and methodological advices on AR design. I am currently leading the research on behalf of MPRG in an Erasmus+ funded project called UMARG [Using Mobile Augmented Reality Games to develop key competences through learning about sustainable development].
