I study the organizational use of VR, especially social virtual reality (SVR), and how it can enhance communication performance in organizations. My core expertise includes also general pedagogical aspects of VR, and how the use of VR can enhance user's cognitive functions in an online environment. I'm also interested in VR adoption as well (e.g., organizational barriers to VR adoption and how to mitigate them)
